Refund & Returns Policy — Presswood Solutions

⏱ The short version

All sales are final — with one exception. You may request a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, provided implementation has not yet begun. After that window, or once configuration work has started, all sales are final and non-refundable.

1. One-time software packages

Presswood Solutions sells business software packages (e-commerce, marketing, and AI tools together with their configuration and onboarding) for a single one-time fee. These are custom-configured, labor-intensive engagements. This policy explains when a refund is available.

2. 72-hour refund window

You may request a full refund of your package fee if both of the following are true:

Your request is made within 72 hours of the time of purchase; and
Implementation or configuration work has not yet begun on your account — no setup, provisioning, build, or delivery of any component has started.

To request a refund within this window, contact us at denise.presswood@presswood-solutions.com or NA and include your name and order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3. After 72 hours or once work has begun

Once the 72-hour window has passed, or once implementation/configuration work has begun (whichever comes first), the engagement is considered underway and all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, scoping, account provisioning, storefront or campaign configuration, integrations, AI setup, onboarding, or delivery of any package component.

🛠 Our "make it right" commitment

If a component we delivered doesn't work as described, we will repair or re-deliver it at no additional cost within your support window. This is a service commitment to fix what we built — it is not a money-back guarantee and does not extend the 72-hour refund window.

4. What is not refundable

Requests made after the 72-hour window has closed.
Any package where implementation or configuration work has already begun.
Third-party fees, payment-processing charges, domain registrations, or ad spend paid to outside providers.
Change of mind, lack of use, or business results, which depend on your market, effort, and execution.

5. No outcome guarantee

Presswood Solutions provides software and its setup. We do not promise or guarantee any revenue, sales, earnings, or business outcome, and no refund is available on the basis of results.
