These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of software packages and related services provided by Presswood Solutions ("Presswood Solutions", "we", "us"). By purchasing a package or using our services, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms.
Presswood Solutions is an authorized reseller of business software. Packages may include e-commerce software, a marketing engine, an AI toolkit, and the configuration, onboarding, training, and support described on our website at the time of purchase. Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software configured for your business for its intended commercial purpose, subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party terms.
Packages are sold for a one-time fee as quoted (Essentials, Professional, or Enterprise). Fees are due as agreed at purchase. Prices are one-time and do not include recurring subscription charges from Presswood Solutions; however, certain third-party services (e.g., payment processing, domain registration, messaging, or advertising) may carry their own separate costs paid directly to those providers. You are responsible for those third-party charges.
A full refund is available only within 72 hours of purchase and before implementation begins. After that window, or once configuration work has started, all sales are final and non-refundable. See our Refund & Returns Policy for complete details.
You agree to use the software and services lawfully and not to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation, including marketing, messaging, privacy, and consumer-protection rules; (b) send unsolicited or non-compliant communications; (c) infringe the rights of any third party; (d) reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the software except as expressly permitted; or (e) use the services to transmit malware or engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity. You are responsible for obtaining all consents required for any contacts you market to.
All underlying software, platforms, templates, and materials remain the property of Presswood Solutions, its licensors, or the respective software vendors. Content, branding, and data you provide remain yours, and you grant us a limited license to use them solely to deliver the services. No ownership of the underlying platform transfers to you.
Presswood Solutions provides software and its setup only. We do not promise or guarantee any revenue, sales, earnings, profit, or business outcome. Results depend on your market, effort, pricing, and execution, and outcomes vary. Nothing on our website or in these Terms should be read as a representation of expected earnings.
Except as expressly stated, the software and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Presswood Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or relating to the services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable package.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Presswood Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms apply from your purchase and continue while you use the services. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is posted at presswood-solutions.com. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Presswood Solutions operates, without
